How do I know my order is confirmed?
You will received a notice email from us once your order is confirmed.
What can I do if I want to add products/cancel my order?
We can always assist you for order within the same business day for adding or canceling items.
After I got my parcel, found out that I ordered the wrong items?
Please keep your receipt, keep everything inside the parcel and the parcel itself. Send back to us within 3 days, once items are checked, we can proceed to the exchange process.
What I received isn’t what I ordered? /I have received damaged good!

Normal shipping day is 7-10 days(not including public holiday), if you have not received our parcel after 13 days, please contact us right away.
